\n\u3010Master\u3011Oct. 21 to 17 pm Nov. 15 2024
\n\u3010PhD\u3011From now on to 17 pm Jan. 31 2025
\n\u258d\u3000The latest date to take the oral presentation this semester: Jan. 31 2025
\n\u258d\u3000The expiry date of the school leaving: 17 pm Feb. 21 2025
\n\u203b You can decide that whether you want to go through the school leaving procedure or not in this semester after you passed the oral presentation. But if you don’t do it, you need to keep paying for the tution fee.<\/p>\n

\u258d\u3000The steps for apply the oral presentation:
\n\u2605 Pass at least 6 hrs on the website of\u00a0Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education(click)<\/a>.<\/strong>
\n\uff0eYou can switch languages in the upper right corner of the page.
\n\uff0eVisit its homepage > Mandatory Student > Select “Taoyuan City” > Select “Chung Yuan Christian University” > ACCOUNT is your student ID No. > PASSWORD is the last 5 digits of your student ID No.
\n\uff0eIf you can’t log in the website, contact with Ms. You please.\u00a0\uff08+886-3-265-2097\uff0fyu1120@cycu.edu.tw<\/a><\/u>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u2605 Validation Form for the scope of research topics<\/strong>
\n\uff0eYou must to fill in the information above the “Thesis Outline” column\u00a0\u00a0(inclusive) on the Validation Form by yourself.
\n\uff0eFor the sake of legality, we can’t provied the editable documents of this document.\u00a0If the table is not sufficient, attach the document please.
\n\uff0eAll the signature on the Validation Form must be signed by person. It can’t be stamped. You must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can’t help you.
\n\uff0eThe teacher & the staff may have a meeting or go on a vacation. We suggest that you don’t apply for it on the last day.\u00a0Please allow enough time for your work.
\n\uff0eSigning Process: Yourself > Your advisor. (And we’ ll assist you with other signature fields.)<\/p>\n

\u2605 Submit the Oral Presentation Application<\/strong>
\n\uff0eThe signature column on the oral presentation application form must\u00a0be signed by person. It can’t be stamped. You must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can’t help you.
\n\uff0eSubmit the paper copy of “the certification of Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education” with the “Validation Form for the scope of research topics” and the “oral presentation application form” together to Ms. Karen who is the teaching assistant of Dept. Environmental Engineering.
\n\uff0eThe path to apply for the Oral Presentation: itouch >\u00a0\u00a0the Office of Academic Affairs > the\u00a0Curriculum and Registration Division >\u00a0Degree examination > the application of the\u00a0Degree examination.

\n\uff0eAbout your accurate oral presentation date, ask to your advisor by yourself. We can’t answer you.
\n\uff0eIf the number of your advisor is more than one, \u00a0allocate the percentage of thesis supervision fee and write in the advisor signature column by yourself. There are no special rules, it’s all up to your advisors.
\n\uff0eThe “advisor” and the “chairman” signature column can be signed by person or stamp by person.
\n(Don’t ask us it’s okay if the seal is not stamped by themselves.)
\n\uff0eYou must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can’t help you.
\n\uff0eIf the number of your advisor is more than one, \u00a0it’s okay that only one advisor to sign\/stamp on they all behalf.<\/p>\n
