  3. Compilation of data for IEET on-site visits.
  4. Writing of IEET reports.
  5. Management of academic support programs, midterm/final review classes.
  6. Calculation and reminders for grades in capstone projects, internships, and comprehensive courses.
  7. Graduation qualification assessment for employment programs.
  8. Assistance in undergraduate enrollment operations.
  9. Records of departmental meetings and curriculum committees.
  10. Maintenance of the Ministry of Education’s database.

【Student Affairs】

  1. Receipt of graduate project proposals, initial three chapters, and course schedules.
  2. Preparation of new student information packets.
  3. Management of student leave requests.
  4. Graduation qualification assessment for general affairs operations (space confirmation, key returns, questionnaire surveys).
  5. Organization of student activities such as Alumni Day, project competitions, comprehensive courses, internships, visits, lectures, program briefings, mentorship sessions, freshman orientation, domestic recruitment seminars, departmental expos, and graduation ceremonies.
  6. Handling of various scholarship application, review, and disbursement operations.
  7. Operations related to graduate student scholarships (course assistantships).
  8. Investigation into various student honor lists.
  9. Contact and management of departmental student associations.
  10. Duty-related operations.
  11. Distribution of representative certificates, ribbons, and academic attire.
  12. Assistance to instructors, mentors, and department heads in addressing various student life and academic issues.
  13. Management of Turnitin thesis comparison system for graduate students.
  14. Conducting student-related surveys (honors, IEET exit surveys, Ministry of Labor workforce surveys, etc.).

【General Affairs】

  1. Information management (including departmental websites, social media pages, domains, information security, server management, DNS inventory, etc.).
  2. Acquisition, management, inventory, depreciation, and maintenance of property/equipment.
  3. Space renovation planning and acquisition operations.
  4. Management of space, equipment borrowing, repairs; bulletin board management.
  5. Management of locker borrowing and deposit management.
  6. Audit, control, education, training, and reporting related to laboratory safety.
  7. Operations related to access control management.
  8. Procurement and management of stationery, snacks, and official supplies.
  9. Printer control and cost calculation.
  10. Preparation of departmental directories.
  11. Unit energy management, ISO audit operations.

【Accounting】

  1. Planning, execution, verification, and closure of Ministry of Education grant projects (Higher Education Enhancement, etc.).
  2. Management, verification, and reporting of departmental scholarships.
  3. Operations related to departmental scholarship fundraising.

【Personnel Affairs】

  1. Modification of contact survey data for full-time and part-time instructors.
  2. Handling of motor vehicle passes for part-time instructors.

【Departmental Administration】

  1. Operations related to internship committees, scholarship committees, public equipment and laboratory safety management committees, student care counseling and alumni liaison committees, and space planning groups.
  2. Operations related to bilingual departmental introductions, various posters, enrollment publicity materials, and recruitment videos.
  3. Writing of “Pillar of Chung Yuan” fundraising reports (performance filling).
  4. Alumni services (maintenance and application of alumni contact information, alumni lecture events, graduation destination surveys, etc.).
  5. Operations related to student workers (management and disbursement of student wages).
  6. Information announcements, maintenance, and data management of departmental shared servers.
  7. Assistance with departmental general affairs and ad hoc tasks.
  8. Primary contact for student and administrative matters in the department.
  9. Assistance with ad hoc tasks from the College of Engineering.
