Course Selection Information for Graduate Programs in the 2nd Semester of the 113th Academic Year (2024)

Please carefully read the following announcement. Students must directly obtain the advisor’s signature and complete the paper form. Late submissions or failure to follow the specified procedures will not be accepted to ensure fairness.

All graduate students must submit their course selection form, signed or stamped by their advisor, to the departmental assistant by 4:00 PM on February 21 (Friday).

[Master’s In-Service Program Students]

Course Selection Periods: (Prioritization details can be found in the “Course Selection Bulletin”)

  • Phase 1: December 12 (Thursday) to December 15 (Sunday), daily from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
  • Phase 2: December 25 (Wednesday) to December 27 (Friday), daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Phase 3: January 2 (Thursday) to January 3 (Friday), daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Phase 4: January 6 (Monday) to January 8 (Wednesday), daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Phase 5: February 17 (Monday) to February 19 (Wednesday), daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Course Selection Method: Please log in to the Course Selection System to select your courses.

Notes: Students planning to graduate early, as well as Master’s In-Service Program students in their third year or above, must manually add thesis courses to their schedule.

[Doctoral Program Students]
Course Selection Periods: (Prioritization details can be found in the “Course Selection Bulletin”)

  • Phase 1: December 12 (Thursday) to December 15 (Sunday), daily from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
  • Phase 2: December 25 (Wednesday) to December 27 (Friday), daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Phase 4: January 6 (Monday) to January 8 (Wednesday), daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Phase 5: February 17 (Monday) to February 19 (Wednesday), daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

[Master’s Program Students]

  • Course Selection Period: Starting from the “First Phase Registration”, please make an effort to secure your courses as early as possible. It is also recommended to check the course selection system during each phase—there’s always a chance if you try.
  • Course Selection Method: Please log in to the Course Selection System to select your courses.
  • Notes:
  1. Courses categorized as Journal Club/Discussion will not be automatically added to your schedule. Please register for them manually. Pay attention to the course level and language of instruction. Local students should select “Chinese-taught” First-year Master’s students should not select second-year Journal Club courses, and so on.
  2. Students planning to graduate early, as well as third-year or above Master’s students, must manually add Thesis Courses to their schedule.
  3. Course selection via the “Online Form Process” announced in the Course Selection Bulletin is not permitted.

[Undergraduate Students Wishing to Enroll in Graduate-Level Courses]

    • Course Selection Period: Starting from the “First Phase Registration”, please make an effort to secure your courses in the earlier phases. It is also recommended to check the course selection system during every phase—there’s always a chance if you try.
    • Course Selection Method: Please log in to the Course Selection System to select your courses.
    • Notes: Course selection through the “Online Form Process” announced in the Course Selection Bulletin is not permitted.
    • Eligibility: Only open to fourth-year undergraduate students who:
      1. Have passed the university’s screening process for undergraduates enrolling in Master’s courses, and
  • Based on the applicable curriculum for their academic year, have completed and earned at least 2/3 of the required credits for mandatory courses.
